How Can I Keep My Faith When Life Falls Apart?

Faith is easiest when life is smooth. The harder question is how to stay open to the Lord when plans collapse, health falters, or relationships strain.

New Church teaching does not ask us to pretend that pain is unreal. It invites us to keep choosing love and usefulness in freedom — even in small steps — trusting that the Lord’s providence is present in the details we cannot yet see.
