What Is the Spiritual World?

The spiritual world, in New Church teaching, is not a vague metaphor. It is the realm of human interiors — of loves, thoughts, and relationships — that becomes fully manifest after the death of the body.

Yet it is not far away. Every choice we make, every affection we cultivate, already participates in that world. Understanding this can gently reframe grief, hope, and daily responsibility.
